Indulge in a bubbly cherry lime mocktail—refreshing cherries, zesty lime, and sparkling water combine for a delightful non-alcoholic treat!
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup fresh dark cherries or frozen cherries that have been thawed
- Freshly squeezed juice from 1/2 a lime (about 1 Tbsp)
- 2 Tbsps unsweetened 100% tart cherry juice
- 1 can lime or lime and mint sparkling water
- Fresh Mint (optional)
- Lime Wedge (optional, for garnish)
Directions
- Add the cherries, lime juice and cherry juice to a glass.
- Using the back of a wooden spoon, muddle (press and twist) the cherries. (Note: If you like, you can also muddle a few fresh mint leaves as well if you are using only lime sparkling water)
- Fill glass with ice and top with the sparkling water.
- Garnish with a lime wedge and mint before serving.

I prefer it with more cherry juice, and tart and without the ice. Very nice though. Is it safe to have soda with liver problems?

Hey Deborah! Glad you liked the recipe. If by ‘soda’ you mean the typical high sugar products, no that wouldn’t be advised.
